We had wonderful days with 2 families. Host Benno was very hospitable and took plenty of time to show us around. We had a sea of space in the comfortable house! Fantastic for the kids to play. From the house you can make beautiful walks directly. Charming towns close by. Delicious dinner at neighboring Italian restaurant! Top!

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and tidy. We were warmly welcomed and received an excellent explanation about the stay as well as the sights in the area. We made several trips but also went for a nice walk in Wildemann. The Harz is a beautiful nature reserve.

It was very nice to stay at AltesRahaus in Wildemann for a midweek. We rented both houses. The houses have been neatly restored. The welcome was more than good. The managers were very enthusiastic; We were more than helped with all the questions we had. There is a lot to see in the area. The Harz, a beautiful area with lots of natural beauty and other sights. Even by bike, you can ride a decent route without heavy climbing or descending. It was a great opportunity to relive the German-German border. It is not far from the Netherlands (more than 3 hours drive from the border at Oldenzaal) We look forward to coming back again! Compliments for the excellent location and atmosphere that is created.
