We were in 't Heeske for a weekend and enjoyed the beautiful rural surroundings, the sincere hospitality of Cristel and Thijs, and the cozy house. The kids loved the go-kart, and we also picked up and ate a lot of walnuts and sweet chestnuts. We would love to come back again for a longer holiday.

If you're looking for a mix of tranquillity and yet liveliness, you're in the right place in this spacious house (more spacious than it looks in the photos. Modern comfort with old-fashioned cosiness. With 85 cows as neighbors that trudge past twice a day on the other side of the hedge and whose milk is used to sell delicious ice cream in the ice cream farm. The farmer is fine with you coming to take a look and have a chat in the barn. Add to that a beautiful cycling and walking environment: my dear, what more could you want?

The cottage is great, everything has been thought of. Nice gift upon entering. Very cozy. Kind of like a museum. Good beds. This cottage is definitely recommended.

It is a beautiful and friendly holiday home. From here you can take beautiful walks across the open field, or further on to the forest and heath (or of course by bike). We had a bit cooler weather, but the house was also a good place to be. Around the house is a beautiful garden and behind it sheep and horses. And we have been warmly welcomed! In short, all right! 't Heeske, from April 5 to April 10, 2021, what a cozy and cozy holiday home! Received by Thijs and Cristel very hospitable and helpful owners. In the house there was a beautifully painted picture where we were welcomed with a Limburg flan, bottle of wine and tulips. What a warm welcome!
The house is spacious, cozy and very cozy. If you're talking about slowing down, you've come to the right place. What a tranquility it radiates. We thought "we could live here like this" Really enjoy......
Everything is present in the house from made beds, towels, tea towels, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace wood you name it, you will not be short of anything and all this is included in the price. And you don't experience that very often.
We didn't really have good weather in our holiday week and in those few days we experienced all seasons of snow, hail, rain and also sunshine. But intensely enjoyed the cottage and the wood stove, which came in very handy with the cold.
We walked a lot in the beautiful surroundings and the last 2 days that it was dry, we cycled wonderfully.
We will definitely come back and hope that we will have nicer weather and can also enjoy the terrace.
Thank you again Cristel and Thijs for your good and sweet care. We lacked nothing!
