Upon arrival, we were handed a nice gift, very attentive from the landlords. What a beautifully cared for, but above all fully furnished house and all that in a beautiful environment. What more could you want in your holiday. 😉We enjoyed the surroundings and nice trips that are possible from here.

Beautiful and very well maintained holiday home! Really everything is there. Good beds. Beautiful garden where you can sit at all times of the day (in the sun, in the shade or, if it rains, under the balcony). Beautiful, quiet ...

Beautiful and very well maintained holiday home! Really everything is there. Good beds. Beautiful garden where you can sit at all times of the day (in the sun, in the shade or, if it rains, under the balcony). Beautiful, quiet location of the house with a fantastic view of the mountains! There is a lot to do in the area and there are fine restaurants. You can also take trips to Italy and Slovenia. Nice landlords and a sympathetic, Dutch-speaking caretaker. You really feel welcome in Kötschach-Mauthen. We had a wonderful holiday in Carinthia!

It is a very complete house with all the trimmings.
We had a great time and really can't think of any lesser points.

Stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in this beautiful house.
It is a very complete house with all the trimmings.
We had a great time and really can't think of any lesser points.
Two lovely terraces, where we ate outside every morning and evening.
There is also radio with Dutch channels and a TV with all Dutch channels.
However, we have not made much use of the TV because we have been sitting outside every evening.
In short, Sambo Kaylo is an absolute must as😍👍🏻 far as we are concerned

Truly a beautiful region with various outdoor activities for young and old. Nice village, very welcoming. The rented cottage was more than complete, top !

Very nice house, beautifully situated with a view of the mountains. There is always a sun and shade spot in the garden and you can sit outside under the canopy when it rains. The car is also covered. In the area there are many ...

Very nice house, beautifully situated with a view of the mountains. There is always a sun and shade spot in the garden and you can sit outside under the canopy when it rains. The car is also covered. In the area there are many opportunities for hiking, via ferrata or relaxing in the beautiful valley. In the house you will find plenty of things to cook, even to bake cake or freeze ice cream. The owners are flexible with regard to the rental period and it is convenient that there is a local caretaker for the check-in and check-out or in case there is anything in between.

Last minute we could stay a week in this fantastic house. Really, everything is there and everything has been thought of. Lovely seats behind and on the side of the house.

Last minute we could stay a week in this fantastic house. Really, everything is there and everything has been thought of. Lovely seats behind and on the side of the house.

Beds are superb, everything works in the kitchen, nice shower and the washing machine is ideal to have.

Surroundings are beautiful, there is plenty to do. Around the corner is a swimming pool, it was not so busy. Pricey compared to swimming pools in NL. But nice to hang out for a day. Climbing park and toboggan run in Lienz are recommended, but the Grossglockner is also fantastic. At the Pressegersee it is best to lie down at the hermagor beach pool, which is affordable and fine. Next to it is the erlebnispark where they 40!! Euro pp questions at the entrance... we found it a bit pricey.

If we have to mention something, it is that we missed something of a trampoline or playground equipment for our children. Then it would really be a 10. But Leo and Dorie really have a fantastic place there! If you get the chance book it!

The pizzas from Josefs are delicious and also for takeaway.

Lovely modern, bright house. Comfortable furniture, excellent beds and a nice bathroom. Everything you need is there. Location is ideal. Short walk to bakery, supermarket and tourist info. Plenty of hiking opportunities directl...

Lovely modern, bright house. Comfortable furniture, excellent beds and a nice bathroom. Everything you need is there. Location is ideal. Short walk to bakery, supermarket and tourist info. Plenty of hiking opportunities directly from the village. And plenty of beauty to experience in the area. Open-air swimming pool at 5 min walking distance. Many Dutch people as neighbors. Conversations of neighbors who are also sitting outside can be heard on the terrace. But then you can also sit on the other terrace. All in all, we had a great stay!
