The cottage is indeed located in a beautiful place and is suitable for two people, as described in the advertisement. Our house is cozy because we also have some personal items there, many people find that cozy but that is of course personal. We have a bookshelf and a cupboard full of games. Most people come in pairs, so there is plenty of closet space. At least we've never had a complaint about it.
