Due to the smart layout, sitting room upstairs, there was enough space for 5 adults and 2 children. Garden was also nice but terraces do need some love and attention. This also applies to hygiene, very dusty.
Nevertheless very enjoyed, all in all a nice place to stay

We were there as a family with 2 children, 7 and 10 years old. Very nice house, it was all there and finely furnished. The beach is 5 minutes away. Quiet residential area. Landlord easily accessible, replied quickly, uncomplicated. All in all, we would come back anytime.

This is a super cozy house; Not very big, but because it does have two smaller living areas, it was nevertheless very suitable for our large group of 8 people (two families). The four children slept together in a room. Very nice that the house is equipped with two cozy wood stoves. A great base to explore the area. Beach, boulangerie and restaurant a short walk away

We had a great stay at Villa Mignon. The house exudes a pleasant atmosphere and is comfortable. Everything we needed was provided (kitchen equipment etc). The living areas were somewhat smaller than the outside of the house suggests (especially dining room and lounge, for 6 adults).
The contact with the owner was pleasant and flexible. In short, highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location near the sea. The multiple bathrooms are very nice as well as the sitting room and dining room. The house has a nice garden with several seating areas.
In terms of hygiene of the house, there is still room for improvement, kitchen cabinets stuck and there were still hairs on the floor on arrival. Contact with the landlord is easy and pleasant.

Nice 'pipi-longstocking house'. Tastefully decorated, neat bedrooms and 2 small but fine bathrooms. Practical layout: kitchen and dining room bg. Nice lounge area with Dutch channels. The (pebble) beach, good beach bar and bakery within walking distance. Couple of nice places nearby (Rouen and Dieppe) for the less sunny days, in short, had a wonderful week.
