After a long (Pieterpad) walk it is wonderful to come "home" to this house. It is fully equipped and also has a beautiful sheltered terrace on the water, where you can enjoy a sunset in the late afternoon sun. The décor is neat...

After a long (Pieterpad) walk it is wonderful to come "home" to this house. It is fully equipped and also has a beautiful sheltered terrace on the water, where you can enjoy a sunset in the late afternoon sun. The décor is neat and clean. Within a few minutes' walk you are in the center and the supermarket or at the station. Prime location!

A good holiday home where we felt at home. We live in a big city. This week it was good living in Winsum with the village mentality where everyone greets each other kindly.

After consultation, we were allowed to arrive an hour earlier. Hospitable reception, nice tour. House was neatly clean and cozy. Nice place with a garden on the water, close to the route of the Pieterpad. We really enjoyed it, definitely recommended.

Definitely recommended, we were (unfortunately) only here for one day. We were given a nice tour on arrival and an explanation of how everything worked.

The house had everything we needed and was right around the corner from downtown. The quaint backyard is right on the water and was perfect to sit relaxing in the sun. Beds were comfortable and the house was filled with antiques and history of the area and house. I hope to return for one day to stay a bit longer!
