Beautiful house, with all the facilities you could wish for (both inside and outside). Super friendly owners and a welcome according to the Limburg tradition with "flan" and coffee. Since the house was not rented out in the period before our holiday, we were allowed to enjoy our holiday home extra early. The house is not completely secluded, but you are not bothered by the neighbors at all. An absolute must.

Again super enjoyed this holiday villa. Again hospitably welcomed with delicious Limburg pie and a nice cup of coffee. In this house you will lack nothing. Small leakage problem with the hot tub at the indoor swimming pool, causing flooding in the adjacent room. That's why 'only' a 9 for the condition of the house and hygiene because it is just a great accommodation where everything is available for every type of weather and for every time of suffering! A top villa with a lot of trimmings!

We enjoyed everything the Jansakkerhoeve has to offer for 8 days.
Upon arrival, the house was spotless and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, we immediately got off to a great start.
The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and thanks to the created whatsapp group, the lines of communication were pleasantly short.
The villa has a lot to offer, you really don't have to be bored for a second. The location is in a residential area, but the very spacious garden offers plenty of privacy.

Pluses:
Lots of space, great amenities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cinema, tennis courts, pinball machines, barbecue, fire pit), lovely beds, beautiful sanitary facilities and a wonderfully soft giant corner sofa in the living room.

Cons:
At full occupancy, some have to eat at the bar in the dining room, which is less cozy.

All in all, an absolute must and definitely worth a stay!
Our group has been going to a different accommodation every year for 10 years, but this time I have received a request from several participants to return here.

There are several large areas where you can get together: bar, living room, roulette table, wellness area. A nice cinema, nice swimming pool and sauna. Everything was nice and clean when we came. Plenty of entertainment, highly recommended!
