Nice house in a nice garden with nice pool, view is magnificent. Privacy is limited by road 20 meters away. Tranquility is hard to find by main road 100 meters away, only in the evening it is quiet.

Nice house in a nice garden with nice pool, view is magnificent. Privacy is limited by road 20 meters away. Tranquility is hard to find by main road 100 meters away, only in the evening it is quiet.
If you go to the beaches every day, you won't be bothered by that. We have experienced a lot of nuisance from construction work, also now two houses have been built 30 meters away.
Kitchen: too few glassware and cups, so you often have to use the dishwasher. The oven is broken. The rest is well present.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed is an innerspring mattress on a slatted base, otherwise cozy. Air conditioning is very noisy.
Bedroom 2: We have not been able to discover a box spring combination, are two mattresses of 190cm. on a sofa bed. Air conditioning good.
Furnishing: Everything is there, comfort is missing because everything you can sit on is made of wood, only the lounge sofa has cushions.
Bathroom: Nicely furnished, but a constant sewer smell from the shower drain.
Car: Technically okay, dashboard completely decayed.
View from outdoor shower has disappeared because of the house that was built for it.
Manager Mark is of good will, and arranges what is in his power.

This was our third visit at Driftaway and again we had a wonderful holiday. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. There's nothing missing. From air conditioners to dishwasher, a washing machine, a huge refrigerator, all kinds of kitchen utensils, a hammock and all kinds of beach and bathing utensils such as comfortable loungers, beach and hand towels, cushions and much more. This year we were able to enjoy the new brick-built barbecue and the new pool lounger. Apart from a few rainy days, the weather was otherwise perfect.

We stayed at Driftaway in September 2017 and felt very comfortable there. The house is (from our point of view) perfectly located in a small holiday park in the middle of the island. By car everything can be reached from there in a very short time - but you also have to use the car for the beach visit or the daily shopping, but this did not bother us at all. The house is very well maintained and has absolutely everything you need on holiday - even a washing machine. We particularly enjoyed the in-house pool, which was always in perfect condition thanks to regular care and maintenance. From the first moment to the departure, everything worked perfectly. The handovers on arrival and departure have worked perfectly with the very nice administrator (Thank you Mark!!). We would have liked to have awarded significantly more than ten points for the "friendliness of the host". The warmth that we were able to enjoy here is certainly unique. We can recommend the Driftaway without reservation and one thing is already certain: If we end up in Curacao again, the Driftaway is certainly our first choice. Thank you very much again, dear Alisa!

Great location in a beautiful and safe park. With the rented car we could move around very well. The house is beautiful, the private pool finishes it off. Contact with the landlords was very pleasant. Absolutely recommended!

A new "Dushi" house in which we felt comfortable with few restrictions:
Location on the island in the top center, but close to the connecting road to the beaches (traffic noise !?).

A new "Dushi" house in which we felt comfortable with few restrictions:
Location on the island in the top center, but close to the connecting road to the beaches (traffic noise !?).
Outdoor furniture new - functional - durable, could be cuddlier (a matter of taste).

Overall, the positive clearly predominates, hence an overall rating of 8.6 s. above.
Fontein is a great, recommendable holiday home complex.

Nice and clean house where you feel at home and welcome. Close to the beautiful beaches. A car is definitely a must, you can rent it together with the villa. We will definitely be back!

This was our second vacation at Driftaway and again we had a great time and a wonderful welcoming vacancy. The house is fully equipped and has everything you need: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, large freezer, internet, beach accessories, hammock, kitchen utensils for all 'important situations', a barbecue, a pool and many other things.
Some of the most beautiful beaches can be reached within 8-15 minutes by car. Within a short drive you will find shops, a gas station, a pharmacy and a bakery. Although we were almost every day at the beach, we still enjoyed the pool every evening :)
We also enjoyed especially the good trip advices from Alisa and Jonathan and their warm-hearted care. You made us feel at home!
