Unfortunately, there were no good pans in the house for cooking. Are you planning to cook. Bring your own. Other than that, everything about the house was fine. Good location to unwind.

The trees around the house really give a holiday feeling. In addition, they ensure that it stays cool and must therefore remain cool! The house is on a cul-de-sac, but very quiet and fairly centrally located. You can easily drive to Paramaribo or Indira Gandhiweg to name a few. Unfortunately the kettle didn't work. Not all outlets work. Internet was often down and there was no way to start with the laptops. The joints of the bathroom and some tiles here and there had mold. So it can be cleaned a little better. Facilities are fine. Plenty of pans, cutlery, glasses, etc. Absolutely great! There was extra bedding and we had extra towels. Communication with the landlord is quick and smooth.

All in all, a house that we would rent again in a heartbeat!

Initially we were going to stay for 10 days and ended up staying for almost 3 weeks.
The kids were having a great time playing in the sand and an inflatable swimming pool in the big garden in front of the house.
The administrator living on the property was very helpful and always available for a conversation.
Friendly neighbors with lots of traditional food, fruit and vegetables available for a good price.
Make sure you rent a car since the nearest supermarket is about 3 kilometers away.
All in all a place to return to once you have experienced it.
