The biggest pluses of the house : it is nice and spacious, beautiful view of the lake and the pool.

Location is fine, magnificent view of the lake. Pool is superb. The house itself could use a facelift, paintwork and mosquito nets need to be addressed. Had a wonderful holiday, enjoyed it very much.

Nice house, spacious enough for a family. House is on top of the mountain with a beautiful view over the lake. Terrace and pool are great, plenty of sun spots, sunbeds but also enough shade.

Nice house, spacious enough for a family. House is on top of the mountain with a beautiful view over the lake. Terrace and pool are great, plenty of sun spots, sunbeds but also enough shade.
Wifi and TV via the internet, not always great, but not so bad in itself. Bedrooms fine and spacious, hard beds, but doable in itself. Fortunately, there are mosquito nets on the windows everywhere, which means that the many insects can be kept out
Good starting point for trips in the area, plenty of cheap and good restaurants in the area. You can order sandwiches downstairs at the holiday park, so you don't have to go all the way to the village. A couple of good supermarkets nearby. Walking area above the house is fantastic, especially in the morning when the insects are just not there.
Minus: The hygiene in the house. We didn't find the house clean, plumbing clear only a cloth over the tops, and the kitchen was also messy, drawers and cupboards very messy and full of many different things.

Casa Felisole is prijs/kwaliteit gezien een geweldig huis om te huren. De ligging is fijn privé, het uitzicht super en voor een vakantie in umbrië en toscane ligt het mooi centraal (waarbij er wel rekening moet worden gehouden ...

Casa Felisole is prijs/kwaliteit gezien een geweldig huis om te huren. De ligging is fijn privé, het uitzicht super en voor een vakantie in umbrië en toscane ligt het mooi centraal (waarbij er wel rekening moet worden gehouden met een autorit van een uur voor de meeste grote en toeristische steden).
Het contact met de verhuurder als ook met de beheerder ter plaatse hebben wij tevens als erg fijn ervaren!
