The house was really nice. Layout and equipment were great. There was even a Christmas tree in the living room, thank you very much for that.
The house has very thin walls, but we had no problems with it.

Unfortunately, we rarely had hot water when showering. But otherwise everything to our satisfaction. The beds were comfortable.

Nice holiday home for a larger group. Unfortunately it is quite noisy, so I can imagine that with small children who want to sleep early it is reasonable to fit and measure.

Nice holiday home for a larger group. Unfortunately it is quite noisy, so I can imagine that with small children who want to sleep early it is reasonable to fit and measure.

The cottage is nicely decorated, nice sofas and beds. In terms of taxation, it's fine. But if, for example, you want to use both ovens, that is unfortunately not possible, the fuses will fly out.

Nice location; It is a very small holiday park with a few cottages. There is such space around the houses that you don't really feel like you're in a holiday park.

House looks nice in the pictures and nice environment, but has some flaws:

Hot tub is leaking and we have not been able to use it. We had chosen the house for this.
The pillows are terribly weak.

The vacuum cleaner doesn't work.
The bench has sagging in places.
The infrared lamps of the sauna do not work.
The heating is via heat panels and cannot be regulated. It was very hot with us and we often sat with the windows and doors open. (End of December)
The zipper of the baby cot is broken, the child can crawl out in no time.
A lot of inventory of the kitchen is missing (forks, cheese grater, garlic press)
Cottage is very noisy.
Emails are poorly responded to.

With a group of friends of around 40 years old, great place to stay. Nice outdoor space around it! In case of bad weather, it may be a bit cramped living area.
BBQ and hot tub very relaxed.

Beautiful, spacious house. Nice kitchen, only a bread knife was missing (we bought and left it ourselves) and the hot water runs out very quickly. Small boiler/qooker.

Beautiful, spacious house. Nice kitchen, only a bread knife was missing (we bought and left it ourselves) and the hot water runs out very quickly. Small boiler/qooker.
Spacious living room with nice sofas. Watching TV was a disaster because of the bad internet. Got stuck continuously.
Large bedrooms with good beds.
The hot tub is great. Used it every day.
Also very nice that our electric car could be charged at the house.
Couple of minuses: It was pretty hot in the house. As a result, I didn't sleep very well. Windows can only be opened slightly. In addition, many flies come in during the day and many mosquitoes in the evening. Mosquito nets would be nice. Unfortunately, the heat recovery system could not get the house cool(er).
And the shower curtains at the showers. Doesn't really fit in such a luxurious house.
It also took some getting used to with the instantaneous water heaters for the hot water. In the beginning it was always too hot or freezing cold. After some 'practice' we figured out what the best position was.
Two nights I had to deal with partying youth in a nearby house (I lay awake until half past five). The landlord of this house can't do anything about that, but keep in mind that it can happen.
The football field has been used a lot by our sons. They loved that.
The nearby Spokeplas and the swimming pool are also a big plus.
All in all, we had a nice midweek, for which we are grateful.
