Very complete and spacious holiday home. Especially in the kitchen everything was there. Could be a little cleaner. Rest of the house neat. Little privacy in the garden.

A house where you quickly feel at home. Nicely decorated in one style. Kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, oven and Senseo machine. The bed sleeps well. The master bedroom has a balcony from which you can look at the mountains. The bedroom is difficult to darken. Bathroom fine, nice washbasin with enough space to put your things. In the garden there are 4 chairs and a table on the (covered) terrace. Opposite the house at the rear is a quiet retirement home and on the side you look out over a meadow.

The house is located in a convenient location close to Italy and Slovenia. For example, we also visited Venice for a day and a day trip to the capital of Slovenia (a bit further away, but we don't mind). Also worth a visit are the smaller lakes in Italy and Slovenia with crystal clear water. There are 3 supermarkets in the village, so you have plenty of choice. Also recommended is the museum about the First World War, the entrance fee is 5,- per person, but has a large collection.

Beautiful new house in a beautiful location and not far from Italy and Villach. All shops can be reached within a few minutes. The house is as it can be seen in the photos.

A great chalet, fully equipped. The caretaker is always on standby for all your questions. Nice ski resorts in the area.

We had a very nice holiday in Kotschach-Mauthen. The cottage is fully equipped (including washing machine, dishwasher and wood stove) and the contact with the owner beforehand was very pleasant. The house was clean, tidy and spacious. We sat in front of the wood stove in the evening and slept wonderfully on the beds. We have made several trips in the area (hiking at the Weissensee, Garnitzen Klamm, Mauthen Klamm). You can also go for a nice walk at the Plockenpass and Nassfeld. The larger cities are a little further away (Klagenfurt (1.30h) and Udine (1.30)) and we didn't think it was really worth a visit. For natural beauty, this is the place to be!
