Lovely house fully equipped, spacious enough for 6. Spotless, nice beds, everything qualitative and new. Also mezzanine (headroom) nice 2p bed. Good WiFi! Covered terrace, deckchairs. Plenty to do in summer with 3 teenagers: tobogganing, boating, treetop climbing, ravine hiking or swimming in lake or swimming pools in Kotschach itself or Lienz (beautiful!)

Had a wonderful week away, plenty to do for our 3 children. Restaurants were all child-friendly and plenty to do for them. The house was modern with a great garden where the kids could play. We will definitely come back here

Very nice house, between beautiful ski resorts! Nice place with everything you need, including kitchen utensils, for example. Great tips and communication and a good caretaker.

Kotschach is a beautiful village,where you can walk,cycle.
There are also plenty of restaurants where you can eat deliciously.
And enjoy every day.

A house in which we immediately felt at home. Comfortable, well furnished and located in a nice place. Kötschach is beautifully situated and from there you can do all kinds of things. Swimming, cycling, hiking. We also loved to relax in and around the house. It's nice that there is a point of contact nearby if necessary.

The cottage is tastefully decorated with lots of wood, good beds, wood stove and immediately felt like home. In addition, the people are hospitable and the village has a lot to offer->cozy dining options (engl, erlenhof), ski rental. We enjoyed skiing in Nassfeld and are thinking of coming back in the summer for mountain biking. Top location !
