Cottage is ideally located to walk for hours on the many paths in the rolling area. If you fancy a sea breeze, you can reach the beach in 10 minutes by car. We hiked a part of the GR 223 along the coast. Very pretty! There was a very smooth communication with the owners.
There were also many tips regarding walks and catering.

Nothing for dogs provided. A very good mattress bedroom downstairs. Beautiful garden. Nice location with lots of hiking trails.

Had a wonderful stay at la Pernelle. The house is comfortable and equipped with many comforts. The large lush garden is an oasis of peace and privacy. All this in a beautiful green area close to the beaches, beautiful villages and a supermarket. We had the dogs with us and enjoyed the beautiful hiking trails around the house!

House and surroundings are ideal for people who are looking for peace, space and nature. There is plenty to find in history, nature and culinary.
The house is cozy and comfortably furnished. Highly recommended.

No basic stock, e.g. a worn-out turning brush or a shovel to clean up the dog's excrement. Kitchen is okay but very inconvenient. Finishes of the house are substandard. Shower cubicle needs to be replaced. The heater in the sea...

The bedroom and bed are good.

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was good so we were able to fully enjoy the terrace and the beautiful large garden. In the evening we were treated to a concert of the owls in the forest. The view from the conservatory of the garden is magnificent. The dogs and we will miss the peace and space.

Together with our young dog we enjoyed this lovely holiday home for two weeks. The garden is fantastic, what a peace and space! We cooked extensively in the very nice kitchen, did some shopping at the many markets in the area and the Intermarché in Quettehou. Dog walking tips from the landlord were superb! The landing beaches are very impressive, towns are very cozy and Karin's mussel recipe is an absolute must. It was also handy that we could see a favorite program via chromecast. This house is wonderful for those seeking peace and quiet and lovers of the beautiful French countryside!

Lovely house with all the convenience. Beautiful garden where it is good to be. Due to its location, there is no network coverage, but there is an excellent Wi-Fi connection. We had the dog with us and took wonderful walks around the house through all kinds of forest paths, where you hardly meet anyone! A short distance by car the necessary supermarkets and beaches. Plenty of nice places for day trips. In short, a wonderful base for a super relaxed holiday.
