For us the second time Curacao, and again enjoyed. This was partly due to the beautiful large house, but also because of the location. It is recommended to stay at Grote Berg because it is located in the middle of the island and you can go in all directions by car. We rented the car from the managers and it was great! Drive perfectly on the dirt roads.
Reception was good, the neighbor friendly and you can go to her if there is anything. The neighbors have dogs, but we have not been bothered by this. The house was clean and big. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 1 bedroom with adjoining bathroom. When we arrived, both bathrooms had just been completely renovated. Truly beautiful and fully equipped. We spent a lot of time on the terrace at the front. Here you have a bit of wind and so it is easy to bear.
Very friendly owner, easy contact via whatsapp. Easily accessible if you have any questions. We definitely want to go back!

Tip: be sure to go to Cas Abao beach and the ostrich farm is also worth a visit. You can eat well at restaurant de buurvrouw, which is a 2-minute drive from the house.

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation on Curaçao in villa Butuela. It is a spacious house, equipped with all comforts. It is wonderful to sit outside around the house, both in the sun and covered. Inside, the temperature is pleasant due to the opening blinds and air conditioners. It is a quiet nice neighborhood, centrally located. Close to many beaches. The beds, the bathrooms and the air conditioners were fine. The location is very convenient to Willemstad and the many beaches of the island. Also the car was fine. In short, highly recommended.
