We stayed in the lower part in August 2022 with 2 young children. The Jagdschloss is a unique place in the middle of the hills, where you can stay. Children have a lot of space to play and also in the antique apartment there is lack nothing. The caretakers, who also have a home in the castle, help where they can and that is very nice. It was wonderful to spend a holiday in this house! What a unique and well-kept house, surrounded by beautiful nature.
An ideal place for a family (in our case children aged 6, 4 and 0 years): lots of living space, cot, high chair, washing machine, fun indoor and outdoor toys and play equipment. When the children played outside, the gate to the road could be closed.
The house is located well outside the village in a quiet place. Because the caretaker lives in the yard and there may also be other holiday guests, it does not feel 'lonely'.
We had a great time with other holiday guests!

We had a fantastic holiday. We had the apartment on the ground floor. This was very spacious and fully equipped. The girls barely touched their own toys, because there were plenty of toys in the playroom. Outside it was also a play paradise with a trampoline, slide, swings, sandpit and playhouse. There is also plenty to do in the area in the summer! The house was very clean and tidy. Just great!
