I never give a 10 because there is always something to improve, but it is worth a 10. The house is ideal for 2 families or with teenagers. There are 2 floors with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The garden is very nice and the pool is bigger than imagined.
The supermarket and Jan Tiel beach are within walking distance.

A very nice and very spacious house. The villa is characterized by a good view on the 1st floor, a beautiful garden and a very large swimming pool. Beach, shops and restaurants can be reached within 3 minutes by car and within 15 minutes on foot. Tiddo and Vereen are very nice and helpful landlords. There is still a lot of construction going on in the area and that caused construction noise. Fortunately, construction is progressing. All in all we had a great 4 weeks and can heartily recommend the house.

We were 2 couples.
The layout of the villa with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and on the 1st floor was perfectly suited for this.
The garden with the beautiful swimming pool was also a nice addition!

Nice holiday home within walking distance (about 15 minutes) from Jan Thiel beach. The house is 'divided' over 2 floors, both floors have a kitchen and bathroom(s), which can be very practical if you are traveling with a group and also want some privacy.
The garden is huge, with a nice swimming pool, outdoor shower, toilet and lounge area in the shade.

Bathrooms are neat, beds are good and there is plenty of space (both inside and outside). Some things are a bit dated (kitchen and furniture).
The area was a bit restless during the week due to construction work on a plot adjacent to the garden. There are also regular parties in the area, which can cause noise nuisance, especially on weekends.

The contact with owner has been very good, nice man. We were also able to check out a little later due to the delay of our flight, which was very nice.

We rented villa Bob from December 28, 2017 to January 7, 2018. The house is suitable to live with 8 people. And then everyone has privacy.
The pool and garden are beautiful and there are plenty of sunbeds available. The 1st floor is fully equipped. A huge porch where we could each find our own corner. With stunning sea views.
The location in relation to the beach is very favorable. About 500 m and you are at Zanzi Bar and the supermarket of the Tweel.
The owner Tiddo lives next door and wants to help you with everything. He can tell a lot about the island because he has lived there for 27 years.
This house is really recommended!!

Er was ruimte genoeg voor iedereen en het terras op de 1ste verdieping was ons favorieten plek heerlijk.

Er was ruimte genoeg voor iedereen en het terras op de 1ste verdieping was ons favorieten plek heerlijk.
Bij aankomst lag er frisdrank en biertjes koud in de koelkast, super!!!
Van het zwembad werd meteen gebruik gemaakt tot we weer vetrokken huiswaarts!!
Aan Tiddo, de verhuurder, kon je alles vragen: over mooie plekjes, waar je lekker kon eten enz,enz.
In een paar woorden: Een fantastisch huis voor een heerlijke vakantie.
