The (large) house is attractive and well equipped for a family. It has 30s influences and is classically casual, easy-going. Vesdun is a fairly deserted village where there is little but the house is nevertheless sheltered in a good location between some other houses with a lot of privacy. It has a great large garden (where there are still some special trees) that is completely free, the back behind which you can see the grazing limousin cows. A beautiful view. The landlord has written a good list of cultural and historical sights that are really worth seeing. It's not a region for jet-set or liveliness. This region is fairly aging and sometimes even desolate, but for people who don't want tourism and time to read or write, this is ideal. The wonderful sound of the church bell and the sweet and beautiful cows made an impression. For people who appreciate the French old way of simplicity, history and tranquility a very good place.

We spent 10 days in le Jardin du Jauny during the May holidays. A wonderful place to completely unwind! The children were able to play independently in the beautiful garden and the house is fully equipped. The area is very quiet and rural. A car ride is required for groceries, but the baker delivers the order to your home every day. The contact with Patricia, the owner, was also very pleasant. We enjoyed it!

What a lovely place! We have completely relaxed in and around this nice, cozy and well-equipped house with a huge garden. Nice to receive extensive tips about the area. The communication with the owner was very personal and pleasant. We quickly felt at home. Our table tennis skills have also improved again. There is also plenty to see and do in the area with its beautiful castles and churches.

Le Jardin du Jauny is a very cozy place. It has everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Communication is easy with the owners. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxed holiday away from the big crowds.

Around the house terraces, for shade or sun. The garden looks well cared for, there are beautiful blooming roses and other flowers, and there are also delicious herbs in the garden. Plenty of birds, including the Hop!
The house is charming, cozy and comfortable, in the kitchen there are plenty of kitchen supplies.
The area is rural, lots of cows, endless country roads between a rolling landscape.
An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet.
