What a great house, beautiful location, stunning views, beautiful pool and fully furnished. It is located at the very end of a road, so nice and quiet. I give the location a 9, not because it is not perfect or beautiful, but it is completely outside the village and far from shops, so you have to get all the groceries by car. But that's why it's wonderfully peaceful and quiet. So it's what you want.....
The house is overcomplete, we lacked nothing. The pool and covered seating were perfect. Everywhere in the spacious garden there were sun loungers and seating areas where you could take shelter under the olive trees from the bright sunlight. Enjoy the view, the peace and the sun. Super holiday :-).

Sometimes, just sometimes, you come to a place where you feel at home from the first moment. A place that immediately embraces you. Where reality is even more beautiful than photos suggest. The owners have put their heart and soul into creating a fantastic place. With three different but all beautiful and comfortable apartments. The sense of beauty and respect for the past shines through.
It is a privilege that we have been able to enjoy the warm hospitality in this green paradise. It was a party!

Esther gave us a warm welcome again and spoiled us the first evening (with a meal ;-).
All apartments are now finished, the pool is finished. The facilities are superb.

An ideal combination of Brabant conviviality and Italian cosiness. Large rooms that are warmly decorated and every glance of yours shows a different detail. Thick walls, so fortunately no "snot bubble machine" (air conditioning). Nice large well-equipped kitchen where you can cook anything you want. Large modern bathrooms. Everything clean and Covid-19-proof. Private garden with a magnificent view of the village in the distance on the hill and the private swimming pool with sun terrace and meadow on the other side. Attractive covered outdoor kitchen to enjoy with many. Esther and Hans are very keen to make your stay with them as comfortable and cozy as possible. We will definitely be back next year. Highly recommended.

Putri and Maris enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool on a daily basis. And in terms of Covid, the safest location in Europe.

What a great time we had and enjoyed our apartment. Esther and Hans are very sweet people and are always there for you. Our teenagers (and dad) enjoyed the pool very much. We have not experienced any restrictions at all due to the Corona, while the measures have been neatly observed. It might just happen that we come back again.

A beautiful place, I a beautiful part of Italy. We had a great week. Esther and Hans are super hospitable and sociable people who can be justifiably proud of what they have achieved. Fully equipped, very attractive and very neatly maintained. We will never go back to the same holiday address, but at the moment I don't dare to say that we will never go there again :-)

Esther and Hans are always available for help, tips and socializing but also respect your need for peace and privacy.
Il Tramonto is a very spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated holiday home with comfortable beds and a great garden and well-equipped kitchen. The communal outdoor area - including the brand new swimming pool - is also a pleasure to stay in: if you are looking for peace and quiet, you don't have to leave at all!
Still, there is plenty to see and do in the area, we are certainly thinking of returning.
