We had a wonderful week. The cottage is fully equipped both inside and outside. We had very nice weather at the beginning of the week so we were able to eat outside. We made good use of the sandpit and swing. For the lesser days, there was a toy box inside and a game cabinet that was used to the fullest. In each room there was a heater that we used for the cold nights. We have been on a day trip to several cathedrals and towns. In short, a successful week.

Very nice, clean and authentic house with lots of stuff for when you go there with children; Two cots, bath, high chair, lots of toys and outdoor playground. And also washer and dryer. The village is very remote, which has the advantage that it is nice and quiet with lots of privacy, but also that you often have to sit for more than 15 minutes for groceries or activities. There are many activities to do within an hour's drive.

Lovely house, in a quiet area with nice sights at 30-60 minutes. The garden with play facilities was used with great pleasure by the children. House is equipped with everything needed. With great pleasure I played records in the evenings. Contact with owners is very pleasant. Highly recommended to unwind!

A complete holiday home with a wonderfully quiet location in a rustic French remote village. Furnishing is complete, solid and clean.
We really liked the garden with different seating areas and the play opportunities for our daughter were very well received. If you look closely, you can even see Hazelworms and the Blue Black Wood Bee that has settled in the woodshed (in danger of extinction! Assess the pieces of wood for holes before you start firing them!)
There is plenty to see, walk and do in the area. The Chemin des Dames offers a nice piece of history, along with Laon, Soissions and Reims.
The landlord helped us excellently with the small problems that arose, where the contact was quick and pleasant.

We had a very nice week in Les Deux Pins. It is a nice authentic house. On arrival the house was super clean and the grass freshly mowed. The garden is completely enclosed, very convenient with children. There were also the necessary play attributes.

The hamlet is a bit remote, but you know that in advance. So you have to drive a bit for groceries, but the baker comes by daily for fresh bread. Moreover, there is more than enough to do in the area. Reims and Laon are both nice places. Paris was also doable for a day with 1.5 hours.

Furthermore, the Center Parcs nearby offers a nice, but pricey, swimming pool.
Landlords are very friendly and all the contact went very well.
Highly recommended if you want to get away from it all!

We quickly felt at ease and enjoyed being able to use the stuff that was there.
For our 2 children (3 and 0) there was plenty to do, including in the garden which is nicely enclosed.

We quickly felt at ease and enjoyed being able to use the stuff that was there.
For our 2 children (3 and 0) there was plenty to do, including in the garden which is nicely enclosed.
We walked, relaxed in the garden and did day trips to Reims and Laon, but also Chateau de Pierrefonds, the fairytale castle definitely worth a visit.

We had two wonderful weeks in Les Deux Pins. What an attractive house and what a beautiful garden. We spent many hours on the terrace with a view. We saw deer grazing at the edge of the forest and also spotted a coypu (?).

Very much enjoyed the peace and quiet, made beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity, took a lot of photos. The cathedral of Laon was impressive. The church nearby is also very special. Another favorite: the bakery in the village by the lake and the Emmaus in ? beautiful bowls bought there! :-)

Nice, clean house with a beautiful and spacious garden with both sun and shade. Location in a beautiful area. For groceries and outings you always have to drive, but that's a matter of planning.

During the Ascension Championships we stayed at Les Deux Pins! A house and garden as it should be! We had a fantastic weekend and made great use of the beautiful garden. The kids loved it too. And..... The baker honked the horn...
