Very nice and complete holiday home. Beautifully located on the water. Well cared for and very clean both in and around the house. Lots of privacy and outside various places to sit.

Unfortunately it was very very rainy during our stay. Because of this beautiful holiday home we were able to make it a very nice holiday.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Friesland, we had very nice weather! We have seen a lot of the area and have really recovered.
The house was fully equipped, it was clean and there was complete tranquility!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Friesland, we had very nice weather! We have seen a lot of the area and have really recovered.
The house was fully equipped, it was clean and there was complete tranquility!!
The only downside we can think of is that when you go sailing, the outboard motor of the boat makes quite a lot of noise, which makes sailing a bit less attractive, but otherwise we had a great time!

We had a fantastic week in the Wielewaal. Everything corresponded to our expectations. We also rented the boat. The weather was nice, so we made a lot of use of the boat. What we were pleasantly surprised about was the beautiful view. Every morning during breakfast we looked out over the water and the 'island', where various birds floated around. We give the Wielewaal a well-deserved 10 and would like to come back here!

Nice holiday home where we stayed with 7 people with great pleasure for a long weekend. Good service, comfortable house with everything that should be there. Not a full 9 because there were 2 'minuses'. The coffee maker takes forever to run through and the dishwasher can only run the long cycle. Both gave us some scheduling problems at times, but hey it was vacation! Recommended!!

It's a genuinely beautiful spot and the house is extremely comfortable. We were 4 adults , 3 children and a baby and there was no shortage of space for us. The garden is spacious and very well looked after and at the end of the lawn is the water where you can swim, boat or watch the fabulous sunsets (we were lucky with the weather). It's a great area for cycling and discovering Friesland, and the local village of Langweer is charming. Highly recommended!
Just to balance the review - the kitchen could do with one slightly longer knife - there were only 2 short ones...That's about the only thing we could think of!
