Prime location! Spacious beautiful house. Beautiful terrace, in summer very usable in the morning and evening, afternoon too hot. Everything within walking distance, no need for a car, ideal beach holiday. Personal plus: you only meet Italian tourists, authentic character of the house / village / sweet neighbors... Point for improvement: mobile air conditioners in the bedrooms?

We have a wonderful holiday with our family, including 2 girls of 13 and 17 years old.

Nice house, and yes a lot of stairs, but you get used to it quickly.
Everything within walking distance, and lovely beach.

Surroundings were beautiful! Friendly people who are happy to help you if you don't speak Italian well. Fine beaches, delicious restaurants. Not very touristy but that's fine!

Great experience to live in the middle of the Italians. The house is also close to the sea, and you can do your shopping at the small supermarkets. Bakery and butcher around the corner. We sat on the roof terrace every evening....

We sat on the roof terrace every evening. It has a lot of stairs, therefore not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.

Maybe too many stairs for older people, but the luggage of ours was brought upstairs by the owner. We were received nicely, very personally.

Lots of space in the house, but lots of stairs, charm is that apartment is located in heart of downtown, with the beach 150 meters walk. Space downstairs for storage beach gear, bicycles, etc. It was a good place to be.

Beautiful authentic house in the middle of the Italians.
We had a very nice holiday in this house.
Upon arrival, Astrid and her son were waiting for us to help with luggage and parking. This was very nice after a long car ride. The beach is a stone's throw away and all facilities are also within walking distance. There were also toys for the children. There were no stair gates, which might be a consideration if you go with smaller children. And if you go in the middle of summer, you should also keep in mind that there is no air conditioning.

It was a fantastic week. We enjoyed the apartment, the beach and the surroundings. Definitely recommended. The landlords are top notch. Very friendly and very helpful.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The beach was really close. Renting a beach bed on your own is very difficult. The house was lovely, very nice landlords.
