Had a nice contact with Carla and Cor, the owners who were always ready to answer questions. Nice to hear how the renovation went from the old ski lift to this beautiful house.
We will probably come back here again because two weeks is not enough to explore the area.

Nicely decorated house in fantastic hiking/via ferrata area. Nice kitchen and bathroom. What is not clear in the description is that the owner of the house lives in the same building. In itself, we have not had much trouble with that, but it does take some getting used to for people who are not used to neighbors. By the way, the owners are very nice and very helpful.
The road along the house does cause some nuisance in the summer with the windows open. Most annoying are the flies in the house. Only a few windows have mosquito nets, so a lot of flies and also sparkles came in.

Carla and Cor have made a beautiful home out of this old ski lift building. Very nicely refurbished and cosily furnished. A house with all the comforts and in a beautiful place. Stunning views. We enjoyed the cows grazing around the house, the table tennis table (outside) and the football table. We made a lot of use of the Sommerkarte: kayaking, toboggan run, mountain-go-kart and the various lifts. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to the good care of Carla and Cor. Always willing to help. Now we also want to experience the winter in Ramsau am Dachstein with Carla and Cor.

The holiday home of Cor and Carla, is particularly beautiful, with a view of the high mountains and just outside Ramsau am Dachstein. The house is very stylish and luxuriously furnished. We enjoyed the time that we were not on the road from the peace, nature, the table football game and ping pong table. The WiFi could handle the 4 phones and iPad with ease. What we have used a lot is the Sommerkarte, which allows you to use all elevators within the area for free. You get discounts on many fun activities such as toboggan runs and even toll roads. We had a nice holiday, partly because of the nice contact with Carla and Cor who had many tips about good food and nice trips in the area! We will definitely come back again.

We had a great time skiing in Schladming (Planei) and also on the quiet blue slopes in the village of Ramsau itself.

The house is very cozy and tastefully decorated. You have a great view of the surroundings in the conservatory. The location is not far from the town center and the ski resorts Schladming and Haus are only 10 minutes away. We had a beautiful, snowy winter week and enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace very much. The house has open living areas on the upper floor between kitchen, dining room and conservatory, which is very spacious. We didn't miss anything.

An absolute must! A great house, fully equipped. Especially the table tennis table has been used a lot. There is so much to do in the immediate vicinity. With the Schladming Dachstein Sommercard that the rental companies have ready for you, you can go into the mountains for free in all gondolas. The swimming pools (including Sladming Adventure Pool with fun slides) and many, many other attractions are also free of charge. Really great.
The Dachstein glacier was visited with the Dachstein Panorama Gondola, only 10 km away. Great to stand in the snow in the summer and on the Suspension bridge. Mountain Go-Kart done at Hochwurzen/ Rohrmoos, 7 km down the mountain at a gigantic speed! Went to Vienna for a day, and several hikes on the Planai (1906 m), Hochwurzen (1849 m), Hauser Kaibling (2015 m). Especially the latter you go up steeply with a beautiful old gondola, the Schladminger Tauern Calble lift! Once at the top, you can eat the most delicious lasagna and beef burgers in the Krumholzhütte. You won't get it any better than that. There is plenty to do and experience at the Rittisberg. You can relax at a lake (Ramsau Beach Recreation Park) in warm weather, but otherwise it is always quite busy there.
What is especially beautiful to do is to visit the waterfalls, the Silberkarklamm. You can walk from the house in 30 minutes and otherwise by car 10 minutes. Opposite the house you see deer walking every day and there is a beautiful small stream that you can walk along. Supermarkets all near the house. Two weeks is too short to do everything, so we will definitely go back again. On the last day we met the homeowners Cor and Carla Lukkien, great to hear how the renovation of the house came about in 2011 and had a drink together on the terrace.
We can recommend this house to everyone, had a great holiday together with our two children aged 16 and 14. Thank you!!

A lovely holiday home with all the comforts for skiers who don't want to ski on the same slopes every day. The Amade ski area has a lot of possibilities for the slightly advanced skier. And the Ferienhaus alter Kamplift is a perfect base. We had a wonderful week.
