Had a great week, was very very hot. Extra well working fans would have been nice, the turrets don't work as well as the propeller fen. Canopy would really need to be enlarged a bit or such a nice canvas as the other house has....

Had a great week, was very very hot. Extra well working fans would have been nice, the turrets don't work as well as the propeller fen. Canopy would really need to be enlarged a bit or such a nice canvas as the other house has. You just want to sit on your own terrace and that didn't go through the sun. If those two things; better fans and more shade is created, we would like to come back.

Great three-under-one roof house, but we do miss something, such as air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms.
Because it's usually hot in Garreto!

Great three-under-one roof house, but we do miss something, such as air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms.
Because it's usually hot in Garreto!
We would like to see more greenery in the private town, which is now completely made of stone. We also miss a green fence with the neighbors, you are now very much looking at each other.
What we can do without are the mosquitoes!
The Italian residents are friendly but quite noisy.
The pool is big, nice and clean.
The Italian contact person is very friendly and helpful. Speaks good English.
Great place for trips to a lot of beauty that Tuscany has to offer.

First time booked a holiday home through Micazu, often been camping with the children, but when we arrived it was a super location on top of a mountain with beautiful views. Visited many places and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Had a wonderful holiday! The view is fantastic, both from the terrace and the pool. Cottage is very neat, well clean and also nice and spacious. We enjoyed it!

Holiday home located in the middle of Tuscany.
Beautiful surroundings, beautiful house with all facilities available. Lovely saltwater pool and landlords give all kinds of fun and useful tips.

Had a very nice time in Garetto. Had fantastic weather for this time of year. We made long walks, including to Buca delle fate near Populonia (thanks for the tip) and visited the Boboli gardens in Florence.

Had a very nice time in Garetto. Had fantastic weather for this time of year. We made long walks, including to Buca delle fate near Populonia (thanks for the tip) and visited the Boboli gardens in Florence.
Even being able to have lunch outside, while enjoying the beautiful view on the terrace. In short, a nice quiet base in the countryside and yet centrally located for many excursions.

From about 14:00 to 19:00 there was no good opportunity to stay in the shade. Can easily be solved with extra parasols or a sun screen.
No separate toilet, but combi with shower. We would have preferred it to be different....

We've had a very hot week, won't be like this every week. Nice on the one hand, would have liked more cooling, e.g. air conditioning inside.
Please see it as positive feedback for improvement in the future; We had a good holiday week.

Nice, clean holiday home. Well appointed. A bit remote compared to daily groceries. Tip: with regard to privacy, a (green) fence between the two terraces is recommended.
