Unfortunately, this holiday turned out to be a deception. Leakage at the neighbors so that showers were not allowed. A landlord who cannot understand the fact that it cannot be repaired immediately the next morning and then bla...

No shelves in the wardrobes so I just put everything on the floor. The work cupboard stinks like a judgement and was also not locked.
The cupboard door is attached with 4 hinges, two of which are broken. Plastic plates and a mishmash of crockery good. A number of structural defects such as a door frame that is almost completely detached and skirting boards in the bedroom that have disappeared. In short, this falls into the category of once but never again.

Well located in relation to the boulevard. Parking is easy in the parking garage.

Spacious apartment with nice pool, walking distance to Javea beach near the port. The more touristy beach with boulevard is a bit further away, but we had rented a car and it was doable. The market on Thursdays in historic Javea is highly recommended. bulevares de Javea B5 is equipped with everything and yes Dutch TV is also a big plus.

Excellent Apartment with beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. We did miss an air conditioner and a dishwasher. Nice area, to sandy beach walk very far.

Lovely apartment with a nice pool. Walking distance to beach. Harbor and boulevard almost around the corner. Large football field in front of the door. Good value for money. We enjoyed a week of Spanish sun.

At the front is adjacent a football field so every evening a lot of noise . Fortunately, not excessively long. Xabia a cozy place to stay.
