My husband and I had a wonderful week in Ferienspass. It is a large, cozy, super clean house with every conceivable luxury. (jacuzzi, sauna, steamer, dishwasher, oven, TV, good bed, etc). The view from the porch is so beautiful. The "park" is very quiet and if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the ideal place. When you sit outside you can hear the birds, the river, the cows and the church bell. Walking to the bakery/supermarket will take you 50 minutes to get there. There are plenty of walking/cycling opportunities.
Exploring the area by car is also highly recommended. It's a long drive, but a trip to Salzburg is definitely worth it.
After the request to book the house, we immediately received an answer from the Langerak family. Clear agreements that were also kept.
In short, it was enjoyable and we were sad that we had to go home again. Keep in mind that all shops are closed on Sundays. (except the bakery until 10.00 am in Stadl an der Mur and the supermarket at the petrol station in Tamsweg is open).
Our thanks to the fam for the opportunity to stay in their palace Ferienspass.
