Nore Birch Hill is a wonderful place to relax with the family. The garden is great to play in and wonderfully spacious.
The cottage is basic but clean.
Some maintenance is needed here and there, but you will be informed of this in advance and it is absolutely not disturbing.
The water for kayaking is too far away for the kids to go alone, especially since you have to cross a road where they drive pretty fast.
All in all, we have spent 2 wonderful weeks at Nore Berkenheuvel, and we would definitely come back again!

Tip: when all the maintenance of the house is finished, a play corner for the children in the garden would be a nice addition!

Lovely house that looks like they are being worked on with a lot of love. The wood on the outside is being renewed and that is already clearly visible. Nice beds and a nice kitchen where we often sat to play games, make jam and bake apple pie with apples from our own garden. The golf course nearby is a revelation: beautiful course just very good tees. Highly recommended! We would love to come back!

Great holiday home to discover Sweden. The location on a hill is fine for the view, The condition of the house needs some maintenance but that is already being worked on. Lots of wildlife to spot in the area. We have seen moose, deer, foxes, a snake and Mr. Beaver in the lake near the holiday home.

Lovely house! Nice big garden for the kids to play in. Fully equipped. Small tip: a shelf in the shower (handy for contact lens wearers with all their bottles). Otherwise super satisfied!

Rented this house for the third time. Fantastic location. Everything you need is there. Groceries at a reasonable distance. If you like peace and nature, this is the place to be. Lovely wood stove for the cold evenings.

It is a nice house in a beautiful location. The house deserves some extra maintenance, but the condition it is in is not a nuisance. The homeowner is easy to reach in case of any problems. The house has a large reasonably well screened garden, which was a paradise for our dog. The surroundings of the house are beautiful with a beautiful lake 600 meters away for swimming, boating, fishing or otherwise. The area also invites you to take a brisk walk. Be sure to wear sturdy walkers.

We, (4 people) have been able to use holiday home Berkenheuvel in Sunnemo from Friday 8 June 2018 to Friday 22 June 2018.
It is a very nice, cozy house in a beautiful setting. The house is fully equipped. There is a large kitchen, where everything is available (no dishwasher). There is a washing machine. A large living room with satellite TV and DVD player. The internet also works fine.
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms, 1 with shower and toilet. The beds are fine. Downstairs is also a bedroom.
In front of the house a veranda, where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and where you can relax
Looks out onto a beautiful, large garden.
The cottage also has a folder in which you can find all kinds of information about what to do in the area and information about the many walking routes that you can make in the area. We have walked several walking routes, very beautiful, but also tough.
To do your shopping you have to go to Hagfors and/or to Sunnemo. You can get there by car in fifteen minutes away.
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, also because the weather was beautiful.
