Had a wonderful weekend in this attractive holiday home in a spacious and quiet park. Beautiful surroundings, plenty to do and lots of birds to hear all day.

Top location, in the middle of the forest and a nice playground for the children. You can also rent bicycles cheaply and take beautiful walks.
The cottage itself is a bit dated and in need of a facelift.

The kitchen is well appointed with a large clean fridge and microwave. Unfortunately a very greasy oven and extractor hood, a kettle full of lime. We first had to clean this before use. Also a very dirty cutting board that we d...

The kitchen is well appointed with a large clean fridge and microwave. Unfortunately a very greasy oven and extractor hood, a kettle full of lime. We first had to clean this before use. Also a very dirty cutting board that we did not use.

The living room is equipped for 3 people and there are beautiful new curtains. There is a TV with Digitenne.

The shower is spacious with plenty of storage space. The shower enclosure has not been descaled for a while, just like the (cracked) shower head. The mold is in the joints. Here, too, we first cleaned thoroughly.

Upon arrival, the terrace and garden path looks unkempt as it probably hasn't been swept in months. The garden is large. From the garden starts a footpath to the forest. A nice outdoor fireplace with lots of firewood.

Overall impression is that the house needs a little more attention in general maintenance both inside (including broken spotlights in the living room and bedroom, loose thresholds and worn fly curtains) and outside (including a tidy terrace and clean seat).

It is a nice house and is wonderfully located in the forest, wonderfully quiet which we also came for. Quiet park too. You can walk straight from the cottage into the forest and we really liked that. You hear (and see) differen...

It is a nice house and is wonderfully located in the forest, wonderfully quiet which we also came for. Quiet park too. You can walk straight from the cottage into the forest and we really liked that. You hear (and see) different birds all day long, also several squirrels seen in the garden and that is very nice.
The cottage is cozy and has lots of windows so you can look outside.
It is a nice house where we certainly hope to come back again.
