Good communication with the owner. Quick answer to any question or tip. The Villa is located in a very quiet residence. Ideal for chilling out, away from all the hustle and bustle. Beautiful nature reserve in the vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa which is fully equipped. Especially spent a lot of time on the porch and at the pool. The latter, despite the villa being in a residential area, was quite private. Which was important to us...

The communication with the owners is very good, we received an immediate response to our questions.
In short, a villa to come back to again!

Often there is also a dog walking around in the yard, which has been trained to bark noisily at the slightest thing, especially in the absence of the owner. Other dogs are happy to join in....
But other than that, it's in a great, beautiful location, you can't have it all....

Downside: apart from the proximity of Valencia (30 km), we have not discovered any nice villages with terraces and some tourist fun in the immediate vicinity. So you really have to go for Valencia ....and for the beautiful house of course.

Beautiful house, with all the trimmings. Veranda with a beautiful view of the interior. Pool is clean and great to cool off. Valencia is a beautiful city to visit. Had a really nice holiday.
