A well-equipped house in a pleasant place for a reasonable price. Communication with the owner was smooth and fast. The fact that the code for 'de-vaulting' the access key was incorrect was just as annoying. After a long car ride, you want to unload the suitcases and go inside, but the owner was quickly available for the solution.

Within 1.5 hours to Klagenfurt or Villach
About a 3 hour drive to Venice (not been by the way). Sölkpass, Holzmuseum Murau are nice trips. For food: Pöllauerhof, Lercher, Hammerschmied, Neuwirt, Waldhof are fine places to eat in no particular order. All in all, very successful.
It was for us, after more than 15 years in Tyrol, the first time in Styria. It's different, quieter, but no less fun or impressive. Oh yes, you have to like corners, that makes a difference ;-).

The cottage is in a beautiful quiet place. It is a beautiful location from which to undertake various activities. I was at the end of autumn, beautiful colored trees along the hiking trails, mountain biking and hiking. In the very vicinity we took a look at all the ski areas, before winter starts again. Nice holiday home in a beautiful area. Cottage is clean but quite a lot of spiders with some cobwebs here and there (house is located on the edge of the forest so not surprising). Toilet and bathroom are clean. Dutch television reception is very good. Very complete kitchen equipment. Furnishing is not new, but it lacks nothing. Bed is a little bit on the short side, but wide enough. Garden furniture comfortable with good chair cushions. The booking and confirmation are friendly and fine; Reception on site also very friendly. We stayed there for two weeks in the summer to our complete satisfaction.
