Schützhütte is really coming home after a day of hiking or skiing. Atmospheric and tasteful!
The spacious balcony is directly facing the sun and even now, in January, a solid sun factor is not an unnecessary luxury. If it's too chilly outside, the fireplace provides cozy warmth.
The interior is very complete – from washing machine to egg picker – and of high quality – from La Creuset casserole to Parmesan grater. It's those details that make the difference! The ski lifts are a few minutes' walk from the chalet.

Lovely house and also in autumn Blatten is super beautiful. We walked a lot and then coming back to schutzhütte is very relaxed. The balcony, the fireplace and the warm décor of the chalet all contribute to the holiday feeling.

We had two wonderful weeks in the chalet. It is a very beautiful chalet with a lovely garden where the children could play. The view from the balcony and the location within walking distance of the cable car are also very nice....

In short: highly recommended.

Both in summer and winter conditions a nice holiday chalet in Blatten. A private parking lot at 50 meters and close to shop, restaurants, hotel and elevators. These are often the start of beautiful hikes (high) in the mountains...

Both in summer and winter conditions a nice holiday chalet in Blatten. A private parking lot at 50 meters and close to shop, restaurants, hotel and elevators. These are often the start of beautiful hikes (high) in the mountains, guided tours, or mountain biking. There is also plenty to play for children. In winter, you can ski on the Belalp from the end of December. A nice and well-organized ski area where even the little ones will have a lot of fun. We keep coming here.

Chalet Schützhütte is a real 'home-home'. In other words, you immediately feel at home. Very comfortable and fully equipped. Lovely beds. Spacious dining table, plenty of pans and more than enough crockery and cutlery. Good garden chairs and sun loungers for outside.
Location in relation to the elevator is perfect (100 m), which is also a 'disadvantage', the gondolas run right past the house so it is not quiet all day when you sit on the balcony (the nice thing about the mountains is the silence..) and you look from your balcony against one of the pillars of the gondola. I don't ski myself and have spent a lot on the balcony, which is why this caught my eye.
But this does not detract from the nice house! We will definitely be back here!
