Good location. Close to the beach, bus stop and airport. You can hear airplanes, but not disturbingly. Good beds and a nice pool.
Studio very dusty. Too much decoration so we couldn't store our stuff properly. TV and wifi did not work for 4 days, but has been well solved by the host. We had a nice holiday.

Somewhat dated, not too spacious but functional studio on the 1st floor with surplus of stuff and equipment in a quiet area, nothing is missing. Large-screen TV with extensive Dutch channel package. Spacious south-facing terrace. Ideal location for public transport and supermarket (Spar) 2 minutes walk and the beach 5 minutes walk.

This is a great accommodation for a couple. Friendly welcome from the "host".
The studio is quietly located and a great base for excursions.
The hygiene is ok by French standards, only the crockery and cutlery we had to wash first as there were still food leftovers on them.
Tips: the bakery and Spar are within walking distance, but the Spar is very expensive. About 10-15 minutes further on foot is the intermarché and it is cheaper. Plenty of water sports opportunities, over the boulevard towards Cagnes sur mer for example.
We rented e-scooters at CoCorent in Cagnes sur mer, good service.
Refuelling is the cheapest from Nice on the boulevard towards Cagnes sur mer, which saves about 20 cents with the stations in Cagnes sur mer itself.
If you are looking for a sandy beach, it is located next to the CAP 3000 shopping center.
You can park the car in the street of the studio itself, if there is no space available, drive around, chances are that there will be space.
We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the French life.
We will definitely come back!
