We have really enjoyed our holidays at Villa Calida. The house , the garden and pool is really nice , big and you feel at home when you enter the house.
There is also a lot of entertainment for families such as a table tennis table.
The kitchen is very well equipped and important in our days is a very good WiFi :-)
The Sierra around the country club is absolutley beautiful and you can make a lot of wonderful trips around in this area.
We really can recommend 100% the Villa Calida and of course the wonderful area Mazarron. We definatley hope to be able to travel again to Mazarron next year and cross our fingers that we all can beat this virus.

I gave the 7 because of 2 leaks (bedroom and bathroom) and the leaking outdoor shower. That does not detract from the fact that it is a very nice house to stay. Also at the end of October.

What a wonderful house to stay in, the house is fully equipped and you lack nothing. Both we and our children slept wonderfully because the beds are superb. We hardly needed the air conditioners because the house is located in ...

What a wonderful house to stay in, the house is fully equipped and you lack nothing. Both we and our children slept wonderfully because the beds are superb. We hardly needed the air conditioners because the house is located in a place where there is always a bit of wind, so you can cool the house down in the evenings.
The space around the house is huge and you can sit everywhere and we sat outside every night until well after midnight. We didn't see a mosquito because of the wind, so you could enjoy being outside.

For the families with children, the internet is excellent and our 3 children have been able to watch netflix, youtube and use the playstation they brought with them at the same time. So we didn't hear the children, they enjoyed being able to jump into the pool 24x7 and alternate with what teenagers normally do.

A car is needed because the park is a bit remote and for the daily shopping we went to the Mercadonna (10 minutes). We also regularly go to Puerto de Mazarron to enjoy a delicious dinner.

In short, a wonderful house and place to completely relax and forget everything in the Netherlands for a while.

We were for the 2nd time at Christmas 2 weeks in Villa Calida. Not for nothing back again. Very comfortable house in an absolutely amazing place. Peace and quiet... But also the hustle and bustle of cities and boulevards nearby...

Next year again!

We enjoyed everything. Also in the winter months when it is a bit cooler this is a very good place to stay. The house is fantastic and luxurious (wonderfully warm, nice beds and duvets, nice that there is a dishwasher and a TV with all kinds of Dutch channels, and... a Nespresso machine) and its location as well. Mazzaron is very close by for groceries and the cities of Murcia and Cartagena are really worth a visit. A truly authentic Spanish city is Aguilas, half an hour's drive away on the toll road. Beautiful old town with attractive square by the sea with 2 bays and a castle in the middle. A very large market on Saturday where everything is available. The urbanization Country Club in which the house is located is very spacious and looks very well maintained. From the house you can easily go on hiking tours. At the house many nice places to sit outside. We have had the heating and fireplace on every day, very comfortable and cozy. Because there is Wi-Fi, you can even watch Netflix with a chromecast. In the house good documentation with tips for outings and places to eat. In short, a place to return.
