Spacious villa, nicely decorated, nice beds, air conditioning and everything you need available. Large swimming pool with sunbeds and seating areas. No view from neighbors. From home quickly on all routes to nature reserves and cities. Car required.

We enjoyed our stay in villa Calida with our two dogs immensely. The house is spacious and fully equipped. All around is a lovely, cosily landscaped, fully fenced and well-fenced garden. Quietly situated, chirping birds and fragrant citrus trees!
We knew in advance that there were a few things in and around the house in need of refurbishment and did not make us enjoy it any less (after our stay, an upgrade of the house was planned).
From the moment of booking until after returning home, there was a pleasant contact with the owner via email and prior to our stay we received extensive information from him about the house and region.

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is located in a very quiet villa club with all kinds of beautiful villas. The park is well maintained. The surroundings are super nice and the villa is beautiful. You can really relax here....

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is located in a very quiet villa club with all kinds of beautiful villas. The park is well maintained. The surroundings are super nice and the villa is beautiful. You can really relax here.

The villa is fully equipped. Everything has been thought of. The WiFi works perfectly. We had the PlayStation and laptop with us and no problems with a bad connection. There is a tennis table, various board games, enough to keep you entertained.

The pool is large and cleaned weekly. Our children enjoyed it wonderfully. Sometimes until late in the evening. At the villa club there is a communal swimming pool where you can swim for a small fee. Great for the children so that they can play with other children. We didn't use it ourselves, but it did look cozy.

You do need a car for groceries. Within ten minutes away you have a butcher and several supermarkets, such as Lidl, Aldi and Mercadonna. Beach is a fifteen minute drive away. You have several beaches and a choice from quiet to very busy beaches.

For good food you can eat in Puerto Mazarrón. That's about a 15-minute drive. Delicious eateries and a nice cozy boulevard.

What is also not unimportant is the service. From the moment of booking to the last day. Everything is arranged down to the last detail. Pieter was always easily accessible for questions and no question was too much. We had booked before the corona crisis. We immediately contacted Pieter when the corona crisis broke out and he immediately assured us that we could cancel free of charge until the last day. That gave us a good feeling, so we left the booking. We changed our booking several times and there was a solution for everything. Kudos for this!

In short, it was a super successful holiday! Maybe see you next year!
