Apartment is not worth 5 stars. The furniture is outdated (including a sagging sofa), the sliding windows and doors are difficult, the sun beds are bad and have no decent cushions, the mentioned kettle was not there and (despite promises) never arrived. Owner does not respond to emails. In short: think before you start!

Even the driver who is responsible for transportation to and from the airport is highly recommended. The proximity to a supermarket where you can get everything is certainly a plus.
This is definitely worth repeating this holiday that we had booked.

Nice apartment in a good location. Is neatly maintained and cleaned. Lovely spacious, covered balcony.
Good and pleasant communication. Both with the owner and the manager.

Good reception, very helpful. If you had any questions, there was a quick response. Good beds and kitchen was equipped with everything. Beach was within walking distance.

Apartment is clean, has good beds, full kitchen and pleasant walk-in shower. Air conditioning in all rooms, good free Wi-Fi and a complete selection of channels on TV. Balcony terrace and roof terrace with furniture. Location is in quiet neighborhood with ample parking and with a large supermarket at 200m. Number of bars in the immediate vicinity. Car rental at 300m (recommended above renting at the airport). We walked to the beach on the boulevard in 7 minutes. Very friendly and helpful owner. Pick-up and drop-off service to Alicante airport.
