All in all, nice house, but a pity about the privacy that we did not have at all.

Our 2nd holiday see May 2023. in this beautiful Casa in quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The heated pool was lovely and between 24/28gr. And that at the beginning of May. Everything is there nice, neat and clean. With 15 car min. at AP7, with 7 car min. near the beach, shops, terraces, restaurants, market. Communication was great again. Will definitely be back again.

Lovely, fully furnished and cozy house in a quiet area. House is located in La Sabatera urbanization. Moraira is a forty-five minute walk away, is very doable. Pool water was still cold when we were there in Feb./March. A water dip, that was it. A glass of orange juice from our own tree every day. Comm. went well.

We have experienced the stay as pleasant. Contact with the very friendly owners was already made in April/May 2023. The area is beautiful and safe and location is close to beach and shops. The garden needs to be addressed, because as it is now no longer corresponds to the photos, it is a shame and really does this beautiful house a disservice.
