The house is old and could use some fresh paint, but it was mostly dirty! Very poorly cleaned. The estate around it is poorly maintained, you are not bothered by that, but it is a pity!

Outdoor furniture used a lot and you notice that, but everything is there what you need in the house. We had a good time. Very nice and quiet location. We have made😄☀️ wonderful trips

Had a wonderful holiday in the Algarve, in Casa Oliveira. The villa had just been completely repainted, looked very nice. We made very nice trips to Moncarapacho, Fuseta and Tavira, among others. Done a lot of beautiful walks. Enjoyed the beautiful nature and tranquility and of course the nice weather.
In and around the villa everything looks perfect.
Highly recommended is eating out in Moncarapacho or e.g. Olhao. Cozy restaurants where you can eat well.

Had a wonderful stay in the Algarve, the complete house offers everything you need with the bonus of the nice swimming pool. Friendly and easy contact with both owner and manager locally.

Had a very nice holiday with 2 young children. The pool was favorite! We had the misfortune that the dishwasher did not function properly, but if all goes well, a new one will be purchased for the next tenants. Furniture, etc.,...

Had a very nice holiday with 2 young children. The pool was favorite! We had the misfortune that the dishwasher did not function properly, but if all goes well, a new one will be purchased for the next tenants. Furniture, etc., could use an upgrade (especially dining table chairs and table outside a bit shaky). Location as far as we are concerned perfect with young kids, within 15 minutes in many nice places. Landlord responded smoothly and friendly.

Just returned from a wonderful week in the Algarve. The weather was a bit unstable but in general, especially compared to the home front, it was a luxury. Judging by previous reviews, there is little to add. What we really liked was that the owner called us personally a few weeks in advance to ask if everything was to our liking and clear.
Since the evenings were quite chilly, we burned a lot of wood, but it turned out to be more than sufficient.
The hot water supply was sufficient for 2 people but with a large family ws tight. A lot of water was lost before it was hot, depending on the location in the house (and depending on the amount of sunshine).
We are very satisfied, especially for the price we have paid for it during this period. Lots of space in and around the house and very fully furnished. However, there is certainly a lot to be gained from a literally and figuratively fresher interior.

Location is fine in itself; It's just a pity that the highway is very audible when the wind blows from the sea. All in all, we had a great holiday!

Fantastic holiday in this villa and what a view! We enjoyed the sun and the beautiful garden with palms and fruit trees. In the morning we were able to make our own orange juice from oranges on the fruit trees! The villa is well maintained, clean, very spacious and everything is there. We slept in the romantic tower room. A great stay ! Highly recommended and a villa that we will definitely return to.
