What a fantastic week we had with our family, the villa has everything you need, and a fantastic view of the bay of Benissa, made nice trips to Moraira, Calpe, Benidorm which is all quite close to Benissa, we would like to come back, and thank you for the good service Fam Laan! Nice spacious house with plenty of privacy. For our group of 8 people, 6 of which are young adults, the upper floor was a bit less comfortable in terms of space, especially in relation to the space downstairs.

The location, on a hill, near other villas does require a car for the big groceries.

Beautiful house at the end of a cul-de-sac within walking distance of Benissa beach. And within walking distance of the Algi supermarket. This guarantees peace, space and a beautiful view of the sea. Beautiful garden at the front of the house and with terrace all around you can sit anywhere. Most of the time we spent by the pool with a good dining area and four sun loungers. Great bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you could wish for. Washing machine is available so the suitcase does not have to be full and the laundry can be returned clean. In 20-25 minutes walk you are on the boulevard in Calpe, route is beautiful via the Passeig Ecologic, a walking path along the sea. There is plenty to do in the area, for young and old. In an hour and a half drive you are in the center of Valencia, so nice for a day trip. (Tip: drive to Silla station, fifteen minutes south of Valencia and take the train, quiet and spacious parking and avoid traffic hectic in the city center). Also recommended are Moraira at a fifteen minute drive and Altea at a twenty minute drive). In terms of groceries that you want to get by car, you can go to the Mercadona or Consum in Calpe (10 minutes by car) or the hypermercado in Ondara (half an hour, shopping tip because it is a shopping center with Carrefour and many shops). Finally: had very nice contact with the owners: directly available for questions, etc. Compliments! All in all, we had an unforgettable holiday.

After arriving at the villa itself, we enjoyed the location by the sea and the facilities of the villa itself such as the private swimming pool. It was a relaxing environment but close to the city and boulevard where you could enjoy the boulevard and several eateries. The house itself was in excellent condition, well cared for and had everything one could possibly need, so we were not short of anything. In short, it was a very successful holiday.

Two weeks ty breiz had everything we wished for for a great holiday: Lots of space, tranquility a beautiful view and at 30+ a welcome air conditioning. Close to a supermarket and many eateries in and near Calpe and Moraira 👍

Contact with the owner fine after a problem with the air conditioning on the upper floor which was immediately solved. The mattresses of the upper floor could be replaced, as well as the hinges/locks. Furthermore, nice location...

Enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house, well located, not far from Calpe.
