Fully furnished and well appointed. Kitchen and inventory is extensive. Location with a nice view of Nyons. Road noise is audible but not disturbing. Swimming pool is nicely heated and complete with nice seating, umbrellas and sunbeds.

Nyons is within walking distance. The house is located in a beautiful region that has a lot to offer in terms of natural beauty, hiking, wine, etc.
In short, we felt right at home in the house and had a very nice holiday.

Fantastic holiday home with all the trimmings.
Nothing to complain about except the smell of the septic tank (perhaps that of the neighbors) by the pool.
Highly recommended, by the way.

Second time a week in this lovely place. What a nice house! Lovely swimming pool and also regularly with the children to the river at 10 minutes walk. Nyons and surroundings are cozy, beautiful and not too crowded... Don't forg...

Superbly located large villa with all facilities and equipment. Just installed extra new air conditioners in 2 bedrooms. Magnificent view and the cool Nyons is nearby.

Beautiful house, nice pool, very busy road that you hear very well and sun in the evening right on the terrace.

The surroundings are beautiful and the cozy Nyons. Walking into the village and to the market on Thursday... We will definitely come here again! The contact with the landlord was very pleasant!

The assets of this villa are its location, with beautiful views of Nyons and the surrounding hills and mountains with the setting sun. The domain is closed with electric gate and in levels. At the top 3 beautiful bedrooms, decent kitchen and large living area and the large terrace where you are always sucked in. One floor lower the studio with 4 single beds, toilet, shower, kitchenette and terrace., great for growing children. Also covered area for ping pong and next to it a washing machine with drying rack, ironing board and iron. A few steps down, the beautiful heated swimming pool with sun loungers, large umbrellas and a heavenly gazebo awaits you. This was for us the second time we stayed here and still want to come back.
