Beautiful location, and spacious farmhouse with well-equipped kitchen. Neat sanitary facilities. However, it is remote from the coast or Turin, to get there you have to drive through mountains on narrow B roads. In bedrooms, insects were present (centipedes, spiders and earwigs) on arrival. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, so you have to open the windows in the evening, but there are no shutters or mosquito nets so mosquitoes can also enter. Hot water not available every day. Nice that the pool was present, although the size is limited. Water was not really cool, furthermore there are pool mats that you could not easily walk on with bare feet. Would be nice to put down a few lines and parasol.

We hadn't really thought about the fact that insects could be a problem. As for the hot water, I don't recognize this. Too bad you didn't let us know sooner, maybe we could have had a mechanic come over. Can you indicate which boiler (in which bathroom) caused this problem and was this immediately or after a number of showers. Have you turned off the boilers when you leave, useful for mechanic to know.
We installed the pool this year and due to some setbacks we didn't have time to finish it neatly around it, hence the plates as a quick solution, the heat of the water is difficult to control with full sun.
But we can certainly look at how to improve everything now with your comments and maybe also adjust the house rules for when both houses are rented out so that there is less nuisance from each other.
