Through friends and family we came into contact with the Costa Blanca a few years ago. And immediately fell in love with the climate and the Jalon valley. After the New Year's dive in 2024 we sat next to a real estate agent for lunch:) and three weeks later we drove through the authentic Orba& Jalon valley and were immediately sold when we viewed this house. With a bizarrely wide view, you imagine yourself in the Alps with hundreds of hiking and cycling routes, and the beach at the same time half an hour away.
