We, Jan & Marieke, started this adventure after having first earned our "tracks" in the Netherlands by running a specialty restaurant in Gouda. Jean Marie, our restaurant, which we have run with a lot of love and passion for almost 30 years, was awarded a BIB Gourmand
of the Michelin.
We want to use the appreciation of this prestigious award as a golden thread. In the south of France we also go for the best quality!
