Since 2010 we have a holiday home where we enjoy staying. We rent out part of it: 1 master bedroom, a 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room and kitchen when we are not there ourselves. Around the house a large mature garden with pond. Lots of privacy and sun. Fortunately, the temperature is nice, so we can always work in the garden. Our tenants are impressed by the view and the relaxed atmosphere in the neighborhood.
3 km away are 2 seaside resorts where it is nice to have a drink and eat. There are also many hiking trails and golf courses nearby.
