About Lily & George from Lily's Villas

Hello to you all! I'm Lily and this is my son, George! Ten years ago I quit from my previous job, as a branch Manager at one of the leading Greek Banks to pursue a new career in tourism, a field i have come to love deeply. It was a challenge i embraced wholeheartedly - meeting new people and sharing my knowledge about Crete! I love many things..some of them are Good Cretan food (i proudly consider myself a good Cook and eater) , poetry (my favoutite poet is Kavafis and especially two of hip greatest poems "The City" and "the first step" which i know by heart). I also love very much the natural beauty of my Island (its mountains, gorges, beaches).
From the very beginning, my son, George, has been actively involved in managing our properties, offering his advice to our guests, looking after the pools and the gardens. He's passionate about sports (he's a water Polo player), he loves travelling around and holds a degree from the School of Economics at the University of Crete.
