We (Dick & Janet) fell in love in 2022 for the beautiful view, the fine climate (320 days of sunshine) and the tranquility of the Spanish countryside. In the winter months usually nice temperatures. Calasparra is an authentic rural village. Plenty of hiking in the Natura 2000 area and a visit to Murcia and Cartagena is definitely worth it. Everything easily accessible via several highways. Alicante airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away. We hope you enjoy this beautiful place as much as we do!.
