We are Theo and Monique,
We started our search for an apartment at the Second Home Fair. With all the information we had received, we ended up in the Costa Blanca South, the region where the weather is nice almost all year round (+20 degrees). In Feb.'24 we bought this newly built apartment and in Sept.'24 was the completion. We have decorated it with a lot of passion for greenery, attractive and cozy.
We enjoy everything here and hope you do too.
