About Smilyana & Bram
We are Smilyana and Bram, and we are very happy to present you our dream project: Casa Pura Vida 14! It has always been our wish to create our own place under the bright sun of the Costa Blanca, and now we are delighted to be able to share this unique place with you.
Casa Pura Vida 14 is located just 3 km from the beach and is easily accessible via a direct cycle path, which makes it ideal for families with children. The cycle path takes you to the beautiful coast in a few minutes. The holiday home is also within walking distance of the center of Pilar de la Horadada, so you have everything within easy reach: from cozy restaurants to local shops. It is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation, sun and quality family time.
