My name is Arnold and I have been renting out this house since 2019. I bought this house at the time to spend my old age. Beautiful corner house on a closed park in the center of Albir. Everything within walking distance. Parking for your car. Bike rental nearby, lots of good restaurants and terraces. For 22 euros you already have a delicious menu. The surroundings are also beautiful to visit, Altea is 10 minutes away and has been voted the most beautiful village in Spain.
