We enjoyed this beautiful house very much. The location of the house is ideal, because it is high up so you have a beautiful view from the porch. Because the house has several outdoor seating areas, you can isolate yourself from the group to quietly read a book. The location of the pool is sheltered, giving you a lot of privacy.

It is a beautiful house, beautifully situated on an enclosed and guarded park, air conditioning in every bedroom, lovely terrace and nice garden with a beautiful swimming pool which is also quite deep (meters or 2), distance to the beach (Zanzibar) by car about 5 minutes, walking half an hour.
Communication is very good with the landlord.

Had a great holiday with our family. Ideal that gates can be closed in front of the exits for the little ones, beautiful house on the wind with large porch, on secure resort and excellent facilities at the house.

We enjoyed our holiday immensely. The house is fully equipped and every time we discovered something new in the house (toys for the kids, sandwich maker, cool box with elements, molds for ice cubes). Very nice to have a real home as a base. You do need a car, but that is actually the case everywhere on the island. Jan Thiel Beach is only a few minutes' drive away. In short, highly recommended, friendly landlords and managers, good location, well-kept house. The swimming pool to cool off is also a big plus!

Beautiful nature in the garden, many birds seen and fantastic views.
