Hi, I'm Marcel. Since a year we have a nice house in Barbate in the southernmost tip of Spain. One of the reasons why I wanted a house here is because you can kitesurf beautifully, there is almost always wind. I really wanted to live among the local people in a town that also lives in winter. You also have villages in the area that are full of "project homes" for tourists, but we did not choose that.
In addition, Tarifa is really next door. In the winter we live in the house ourselves, but in the other months we rent it out.
